Big Island Fees

Ride fees:
• The cost for the Big Island Ride '08 is $1450 if you register by December 31, 2007, then $1495 until Feb 29, 2007 then $1595 until the tour begins.
• All you need is a $100 deposit to hold a spot on the Big Island Ride. Final payment of all fees is due by Feb. 1, 2008. If you register after Feb. 1st, the entire payment is due. Please see the Big Island Flyer '08 for specific dates.

Payments can be made by check, money order or through PayPal at https://www.paypal.com. Just use your credit card and follow their
instructions. You will be paying timtka@aol.com.
• All fees are in US dollars.
•
Non-cycling friends are welcome to accompany you at 95% of the going
rate. Non-cycling friends
usually rent their own vehicles or ride in one of our support vehicles.
 
Refund policy:
If
you are unable to go on the Big
Island Ride, we will refund half ($50) of your $100 deposit
and 90% of your final payment if requested in writing by Feb. 15, 2008. There are no refunds
available after Feb. 15, 2008. Please see the Big Island Flyer '08 for specific dates. In the unlikely event Four
Seasons should
cancel this event, you are entitled to a full refund of 100% of all
your money. Refunds are usually processed within one week.
All fees are protected:
In compliance with the Washington
State’s Sellers of Travel Law, all registration fees paid to Four
Seasons Cycling Events, including deposits and final payments, are deposited into the
Four Season's Trust Account at Bank of America. These funds will not be used except
to pay deposits and the actual production of the tour. Four Seasons

RCW 19.138.040 Written Statement by Seller of Travel
"If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date."
